Grate range have not had it long

So far so good, it's a good-looking range and functions well so far, the top under the grates is easy to clean however glass cleaner is recommended for cleaning it as other cleaners leave streaks. I converted mine to LP, not a fan of the rounded ridge under the grates, but it's something to get used to, Only had it for a short time I usually don't review things in this short of time... As stated so far, I like it looks great!!

Nice stove, not as sturdy as previous model

This is a replacement for another frigidaire. Very similar but i cant help but notice things that are flimsier. The oven racks flex. The steel trim is wrapped around the door edges with gaps, sorry to see the quality of construction slipping. Was still nicer than my other options at this price. Metal knobs look cool but get hot, not enough to burn but to remind you oven is on. Distance of pot from flame concerns me. Seems it would waste fuel. Door handles look like theyll catch crud and be hard to clean. Preferred earlier boxier design.

My husband and I are over joyed with our new stove and oven! Everyone who has seen it have been impressed. It matches our 15 year old refrigerator nicely and we both enjoy cooking and baking with it. The only disappointment was that the airfryer/basket shelf was not included. Neither was the temperature probe.

We bought whirlpool appliances 6 years ago and the oven lost some of its functionality in 2 years, there dishwasher quit cleaning the dishes 3 years later and the refrigerator is still working great. We called a appliance repair company and asked them what they thought was the best appliance brand out there and it was Frigidaire brand. So we bought a complete package deal from Lowe™€™s. We love them.

This model has a problem with the knobs getting extremely hot. First the knobs were installed without heat shields in proper place. Once they were installed properly they still reached 140-180 degrees when using oven. After numerous service calls and calls to Fridgidaire customer support we were told that the knobs get hot on this model but it is working properly so they will not do anything about it. It is a known problem and the suggestion is that we wear heat resistant gloves when using the range. Then the customer service rep told my husband if he called again he would not answer. This is a safety hazard but they do not care. Consumer Reports reviews are mostly 1s but on this website they are 4-5. Seems fishy to me. Last night one knob reached 167 degrees while were baking chicken in the oven. Here is. Picture of one reading at 147 degrees. Unacceptable but they don™€™t care.

Was missing a knob out of the box. Called fridgadare and was told I would get one in seven to 10 business days. So I proceed it to use the stove. Didn't receive the knob and was told it was on back order and they had no idea when they were going to get them. If they told me this from the start I would have returned it and got another one. Now I have a used stove missing a knob that you guys want sent me. I told the gentleman to send me five different knobs so they all matched. Said he couldn't do that.

We love our stove so far. We purchased our stove a couple months ago and have really enjoyed all the bells and whistles. The convection bake helps bake things evenly when there are multiple items in the oven and the meat thermometer makes cooking meats even easier. I haven't used the airfry function yet but have heard great things about it.The griddle it comes with isn't amazing as it heats slowly and relatively unevenly but it still gets the job done if you need a griddle to cook pancakes on. When I tried heating the oven up to 500 to make pizza I did encounter an error sign. I waited and shut off the oven and tried the reheat process again. It worked with no issues and haven't encountered the error sign again. So it must have been a fluke. Overall the oven is great and hope to get a long life out of it!

A world better than our old Whirlpool

I should have looked at reviews when I purchased our old Whirlpool gas stove. The knobs melted when I left the door open once, then their coating peeled off, the door fell apart and the oven took forever to come to temperature. This oven heats up in five minutes, the knobs are much more sturdy and I love the roomy, 3 rack oven!!! The convection oven cooked my bread in 5 minutes less than my old Whirlpool. The middle grill top is really nice for pancakes, bacon, grilled cheese, etc.
