I researched many counter depth refrigerators and this had great ratings, I love everything about it. Looks great and does not have cheap looking plastic in the water dispenser. The middle drawer I use to store wine, or you can utilize as extra freezer space.

I love the style and functionality of the refrigerator. There's a soft close on the doors and a middle drawer that's really nice. I didn't know what I wanted to put in this section at first, but it's perfect for things you don't want frozen.

I am happy with the refrigerator. Everything runs smoothly and I like the flex drawer. My only annoyance is with the door bins. At first, the top of the milk and 1 liter bottles hit the top of the middle bin. I had to rearrange the bins on the right after realizing they are different heights. It is annoying to have to strategically organize tall items on all of the bins.

He called tech to analyze and yes the part needed is unavailable. Was told someone would contact me in 5 to 10 days. Still no contact or a refrigerator that works properly. This has discouraged me from buying the remaining appliances from Frigidaire.

I love my new refrigerator! This is by far the best I have ever owned so far. We have had every brand appliance from Whirlpool, GE Elite, Maytag, LG and Whirlpool exceeds them all, I hope it proves to be dependable, the last brand we had lasted 2 years and was a nightmare working with the company, but they replaced in full what we had payed, so we went with Fridgidaire and we love it! We hope to have many years to enjoy the features it has. The ambient lighting is beautiful, the ice and water dispenser is awesome! We also love the freezer drawer and the optional fridge/freezer drawer! Can not say enough to express how much we love it!

I always look for brands made in the USA. Our last refrigerator was a Whirlpool and it lasted 9 years.,but the plastic drawers broke almost immediately. I like the way the drawers slide easily. I love the extra freezer/chill drawer. Looking forward to many years in use.

I'm so glad we decided to replace my horrible LG refrigerator. I've lost so much food with that LG, I should never have purchased it. My Frigidaire is extremely quiet, very well lit when the doors are opened, and keeps the inside space at the appropriate temperature. I'm very satisfied with it, and would recommend this refrigerator to any, and all. Well worth the money.

10 days in and our refrigerator has already been serviced. The ™€œ authorized service technician™€, provided by Frigidaire, ordered 2 parts because he is unsure where the problem is. The parts are out of stock by their distributor and will now be shipped to me from the manufacturer (God knows when) and then I have to call the service technician again to set up yet another appointment. This is unacceptable for a brand new, higher-end product by Frigidaire.

I really like the features of this refrigerator. The middle drawer options to make it a freezer is a great choice. My former refrigerator had temperature options but not a freezer option. I also love the soft closure so you do not have to worry about the fridge being left ajar. In addition the ability to see 75 % of your fridge with one door open is great. The fridge is Allen and fits into my decor quite well. I hope I have it for many years to come.
